This Agreement, made on date below, by and between the MadibazNews Student Newspaper hereinafter referred to as "a volunteer student newspaper", and hereinafter referred to as "volunteer".

I hereby agree to:

1. Contribute my services to the MadibazNews Student Newspaper for 2024 in the capacity of:

2. It is mutually and clearly understood that the volunteer services will not entitle the volunteer to any future remunerations.

3. Volunteer agrees to follow the supervision and direction of the Administrator and Editor in chief to whom the volunteer has been assigned to perform duties, participate in any training, meetings and outreach projects required in order to perform the voluntary services.

4. It is further understood and agreed to by the volunteer that the service rendered to the MadibazNews Student Newspaper will be in line with the Nelson Mandela University and MadibazNewz Student Newspapers policies.

5. Volunteer further agrees that he/she will fully cooperate and adhere to deadlines. He/she agrees that if a full term of 6-9 months has not been completed that he/she will not receive a co-curricular record on completion of the service.

And that I will submit articles as per deadlines that are provided by the MadibazNews Student Newspaper Administrator/ Editor in chief. I also understand that my volunteer service may be terminated at any time by either party if I do not abide to my agreement with the MadibazNews Student Newspaper.
